Oscar and his team are absolutely first class professionals. Very prompt, well written responses to all of my questions. Very impressed but not surprised as this is at least the second time we have stayed with him and his team as a host. Many thanks! Again : ) The only 4 star rating I gave was for the neighbourhood which is actually fabulous. It's just that with so many construction projects going on (as noted by other reviewers) it can be a bit noisy. That being said, it ends well before the evening settles in.
Enjoyed my stay here. Great location, place was very clean, well equipped, and good size. Host was very responsive to my questions. Friendly front desk staff. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The location is excellent—close to everything you need, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The apartment itself is a great size, with plenty of space to relax. It’s very well furnished, with everything thoughtfully set up and in great condition. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival, which made a really good first impression. The beds were very comfortable, and it was a nice touch to have sensible, supportive pillows—something you don’t always get! Overall, a very comfortable and well-presented place to stay. We’d happily come back again.
